Why PAUHO?
PAUHO exists "Because a FREE PEOPLE and a free society is NOT LOCKED DOWN nor forced, neither quarantined".
No government can exist without people, and any government that does exist only has legitimacy by the will and consent of the people. When any government or institution attempts to oppress people by decree or law or force without the consent and the will of the people, that government or institution has become tyrannical in nature and illegitimate in it’s existence.
Human beings were created in the image of God and as free will moral agents with accountability over the gift of life and responsibility as stewards over the resources upon the earth.

CONSTITUTION
Declaration of Fundamental God Given Rights concerning health and welfare of human beings who are Individuals created in the image of God,
Preamble
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Health and Happiness.
Tenet-I
In the beginning God created only two sexes (genders): male and female, each having a distinct and unique anatomy and person (external and internal) distinguishing both male and female. "So God created man in His own image , in the image of God, created He him; male and female created He them." Genesis 1:27
Marriage is a covenant union of both a male and female. The institution of marriage and it's covenant union in both design and purpose is by Divine Intent. Therefore, the sacrament of Marriage and it's legitimacy, is by origin and nature the design and plan of God; by God for man (not by man , nor by government, nor to be subject to redefinition). This union is recognized by societies, communities, families and government(s) and is sacred in nature. Any effort(s) or attempts by any government(s), group(s) or individual(s) to redefine or restructure is a deviation from God's purpose and design. "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh." Genesis 2:24
Tenet-II
Health is a state of complete physical, mental, spiritual, and community-social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.
Tenet-III
The pursuit and enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition. It is understood that the pursuit or enjoyment of one’s health shall not be at the expense detriment or infringement of another human being.
Tenet-IV
The health of all peoples is significant to the attainment of peace and security and is also dependent upon the willing (but not obligated ) co-operation of individuals and States that legitimately represent them.
Tenet-V "Individual Rights "
The right to health, as with other rights, includes both freedom and liberties based upon common and affirmed principles:
Freedoms: Liberties & Principles:
- Freedoms include: the right to choose and control one’s health and physical body and to be free from interference by/or invasive actions or procedures by other individuals groups, institutions or entities or states or governments without individual consent. For example: free from torture and non-consensual medical treatment and experimentation and freedom from forced vaccinations or mandatory regulations by any state or government, institution, groups , or individual(s) that would seek to infringe upon an individual's or group or community rights to freedom of health or health choices.
- “My body my property, my unique authority to make individual health choices” concerning my health independent of any government or governing entity or state enterprise at any level albeit global, national, regional or local. No invasive interference to one’s health and body.
- No mandatory, or obligatory vaccination(s) without individual consent. The freedom to choose alternative options such as: prophylactic remedies of individual choice and/or dependency and confidence upon natural immunity of the human body.
- Entitlements include the right of every individual to a system of health protection that gives everyone an equal opportunity to enjoy the highest attainable level of health, and that prohibits employers, businesses, institutions, governments or entities from discriminating by any means against individuals who exercise their God given inalienable rights to choose alternatives to vaccines or vaccination efforts by choosing prophylactic or documented individual natural immunity.
- The right of every individual to travel freely (ref: article 13 UDHR "the right of movement" ) in good health or for the pursuit of such, with liberty of geographic mobility using public and private transportation systems and services based upon documented natural immunity and/or prophylactic treatment independent, and without any bias or discrimination by any government, businesses, institutions or entities using any verification constraints or systems based upon vaccination history or in any type or form of vaccine certification or vaccine passport.
Individuals have the right to choose natural immunity or prophylaxis and reject any attempts by states, governments, institutions or individuals to force and/or mandate vaccines or vaccinations. Every individual has the right to provide as an alternative to vaccination(s) or vaccination passport(s), the written witness of natural immunity, and this individual witness should be acknowledged by all government(s), public, institutional and commercial entities as sufficient, and equal or exceeding standards of any vaccines or therapy.

Principles & Social-Community Contract-Compact
The achievement of any individual, group,. community, or State in the promotion and protection of health and liberty is of value to all.
Unequal development in different countries in the promotion of liberty, health and control of disease, especially communicable disease, is a potential common danger.
Healthy development of any child is of basic importance; the ability to live harmoniously in a changing or specific environment is intrinsic to such development. A child’s birth parents should have the principal and primary responsibilities in these matters.
The extension to all peoples of the benefits of medical, psychological and related knowledge is intrinsic to the fullest attainment of health.. Informed opinion and active co-operation on the part of the public are of the utmost importance in the improvement of the health of the people.
Every individual has the primary responsibility to pursue and maintain their individual health within their God given capacity and to their ability. Governments have a responsibility for the health of their peoples which can be fulfilled only by the provision of adequate health and social measures that provide access to such resources, without infringing upon individual freedoms and liberties nor by discriminating of health preferences or individual economic status or means.
ACCEPTING THESE TENETS & PRINCIPLES, affirming these God given liberties, and for the purpose of co-operation among themselves and with others to promote and protect the health of all peoples, the Contracting Parties, Individuals, Members agree to the present Constitution and hereby establish the People’s Alternative Universal Health Organization “P.A.U.H.O.” as an independent people powered entity specialized for the promotion of solutions and cooperation within the terms of Article 55 of the Charter of the United Nations (to include and not limited to articles 7-12, 13-17, 18-21, 22-26, 27-30, of UDHR and principles of the Manga Carta and truths universally self evident.

While some people may choose or prefer vaccines, We at PAUHO believe in the God given gift of the human body and its ability by Divine design to develop natural immunity to overcome bacterial or viral infections.
We believe in the practice of good hygiene. We are not opposed to vaccines in general, but we are strongly opposed to any experimental vaccines or gene therapy or the injection of Nano particles into the human body.
We are opposed to forced or coerced vaccinations or forced markings, chippings, tracking or tattooing, patching for certification or verification on the epidermis of any human being.
We believe in the right of every human being to express themselves, their right to assemble freely and freedom to worship as they choose, the liberty to make one's own health choices, and the right to travel freely.
